Voyager Wellness Foundation ("we," "our," or "us") develops Wellness Pathfinder, a browser-based wellness experience that includes the Wellness Pathfinder ecosystem including Meadow (wellness tools and practices), Wander (exploration and reflection), and Village (community connection). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Wellness Pathfinder.

2. Information We Collect

We collect limited information depending on how you interact with Wellness Pathfinder:

• Contact Information: Name, email address, or phone number if you choose to contact us.
• Usage Data: Anonymous interaction data such as game events, session duration, and feature usage.
• Device Information: Limited technical information such as browser type or device category, collected in an anonymized manner for functionality and analytics purposes.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Improve and refine the game experience
• Understand usage patterns in an aggregated and anonymized way
• Communicate updates or information you request
• Respond to inquiries or feedback

4. Data Storage

Wellness Pathfinder is designed with a local-first approach. No account is required to use the app. Your progress, settings, and wellness data are stored in your browser's local storage by default — they never leave your device unless you explicitly choose to create an account.

An optional account sync feature (coming soon) will allow you to back up and restore your data across devices. This is entirely opt-in and not required for any core functionality.

Contact information you choose to provide is stored securely and used only for communication you request.

Wellness Pathfinder is hosted on Vercel, which may process limited technical information (such as request metadata) as part of delivering and securing the service.

We do not store your progress on our servers unless you explicitly opt in to account sync.

5. Data Sharing and Analytics

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

We use PostHog, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand how Wellness Pathfinder is used in an aggregated and anonymized manner. PostHog helps us analyze general usage patterns and improve the experience. We do not use analytics to identify individual users, and we do not enable session recordings or cross-site tracking.

We may use or share aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and product improvement purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access personal information you have provided
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Request a copy of your information

6A. California Consumer Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell.
• Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of your personal information. Since Wellness Pathfinder stores most data locally in your browser, you can delete this data by clearing your browser's local storage.
• Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell personal information. If our practices change, we will provide a clear opt-out mechanism.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

6B. How to Delete Your Data

Wellness Pathfinder is designed with a local-first approach. Your progress, settings, and wellness data are stored in your browser's local storage, not on our servers.

To delete your local data:

• Chrome/Edge: Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear Browsing Data → Select "Cookies and other site data"
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data
• Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → Remove wellnesspathfinder.vercel.app

If you have contacted us by email and wish to delete your contact information from our records, please email us at voyager.data.corp@gmail.com

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Wellness Pathfinder uses minimal, first-party cookies or similar technologies necessary for basic functionality and privacy-respecting analytics.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.

8. Children's Privacy

Wellness Pathfinder is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
