๐ŸŽญ Pick your scenario

Pretend you're actually in one of these states right now. Let it shape how you use the app.

๐Ÿ˜ค Stressed & Overwhelmed Too much to do, mind racing, need a reset
๐Ÿ˜ถ Just Bored Killing time, no goal, browsing aimlessly
๐Ÿ˜” Feeling Isolated Disconnected, want to feel less alone
๐Ÿ˜ฐ Career Anxiety Stuck at work, questioning direction
๐Ÿ˜ด Low Energy / Burnout Drained, can't think clearly
๐Ÿคฉ Just Curious No particular mood, open eyes
Tap one. Keep it in mind the whole time โ€” you'll reference it at the end.
๐Ÿ”—
0. Navigation & Link Check
Do this throughout your entire session
Incognito mode Ongoing โ€” check as you go
The goal: nothing should be a dead end. Check these off as you explore.
Write down every broken link, dead end, or visual glitch you find. Include the page URL if you can.

๐Ÿšช
1. The Front Door
Start here โ€” incognito
First thing every new user sees. Does it hook them or lose them?
1
First 10 seconds โ€” no clicking
Just read and look. Do you understand what this product is? What does it feel like โ€” cozy, confusing, corporate, cute?
๐Ÿ’ก Write your one-word first impression before you click anything.
2
Choose a path โ€” Wellness or Career
There are two entry points. Is the difference between them obvious? Based on your scenario: Stressed/Isolated/Burnout โ†’ Wellness. Career Anxiety โ†’ Career. Bored/Curious โ†’ whichever pulls you.
3
If you chose Wellness โ€” explore the hub page
You'll see cards for Wander, Meadow, and Village. Does the architecture make sense? Do the descriptions help you choose where to go? Or are you just guessing?
Would a stranger keep going, or close the tab? What's missing from the first impression?

๐ŸŒฟ
2. The Meadow
Core wellness flow
9 mindfulness practices organized by mood. We need to know: useful or busywork?
4
Use "Help Me Choose" (the questionnaire)
From Meadow Home, find the "Help Me Choose" button or go to /meadow/questionnaire. Answer 5 quick questions honestly. Does the recommendation feel right for your scenario? Did it suggest a practice you'd actually try?
๐Ÿ’ก This is NEW โ€” the questionnaire personalizes which practice you should do first.
5
Complete one full practice from the Playground
Go to Playground. The 9 practices are grouped by mood:

Calm & Breathe: Box Breathing, Breathing Journey, Sheep Counting
Release & Reset: Energy Budget, Let It Go
Focus Softly: Pomodoro Meadow
Reflect & Notice: Gratitude Garden, Feeling Check
Explore & Drift: Think It Through

Pick one that fits your scenario. Complete it fully โ€” don't bail halfway.
6
Find and interact with Woolly (your companion)
After finishing a practice, look for Woolly on the Home or Dashboard screen. Tap on them. Does Woolly say something relevant? Does the companion feel alive or just decorative?
7
Try the Journal
Go to /meadow/journal. Write something โ€” even one sentence. Does the journal feel inviting or clinical? Are the prompts helpful or generic?
๐Ÿ’ก The journal tracks emotions and finds patterns over time. Note if that's clear from the UI.
8
Try "Think It Through" โ€” visual brainstorming
Find Think It Through in the Playground (Explore & Drift category). Use the canvas to get thoughts out of your head visually. Does the free-form format feel liberating or confusing? Would you use this when feeling overwhelmed?
Did the practice actually help โ€” even slightly โ€” given your scenario? Or was it just going through motions?

๐ŸŒŒ
3. Wander
Open-ended exploration Major update
Wander is a movement-first experience โ€” walk through different biomes, catch stars, find companions. No score, no pressure.
9
Enter Wander and just... walk around for 2 minutes
Use arrow keys / WASD (desktop) or tap/drag (mobile) to move. Don't look for objectives โ€” just explore. What do you notice? Do different biomes look different? Can you find any companions or encounters?
๐Ÿ’ก Try tapping directly on Woolly if nothing seems to happen.
10
Catch some stars and try the activities
Stars appear as you walk. Can you catch them? Try switching between activities (walk, run, breathe, dance). Does the experience change? Is the sound system working โ€” and can you toggle it?
11
Open the menu โ€” find Activities and Atlas
Open the Wander menu (hamburger). Can you find Sheep Missions (outdoor activities by city), the Journal, and Friends? How many taps did each take?
12
Exit Wander โ€” does the transition feel right?
Leave Wander and go to another world. Is there an exit bridge / transition? Does leaving feel natural, or abrupt?
Does Wander feel calming, boring, or magical? Would you return to it voluntarily โ€” or does it need something more?

๐Ÿ˜๏ธ
4. The Village
Community & stories Expanded
The Village has a hub, an explorable map game, and locations: Campfire, Storybook, Cafe, Lodge, and Shop. It should feel like a cozy game world.
13
Enter the Village Hub and get oriented
Go to Village from the top nav. You'll see cards for each location. Is it clear what each place does before you enter? Does the hub feel welcoming?
14
Play the Village Map Game
Find the Map option and enter the full-screen tile-based map. Walk around. Can you find the buildings? Do the NPC companions (Turtle, Giraffe, Owl, Rhino) react when you approach? Does it feel like a game world or just a page?
๐Ÿ’ก Try arrow keys on desktop. Earn stardust by exploring.
15
Visit the Campfire โ€” share a moment
Go to ๐Ÿ”ฅ Campfire. Post a moment or create a postcard. Does it feel personal and cozy, or like filling out a web form? Would you actually share this with someone?
16
Read a story in the Storybook
Go to ๐Ÿ“š Storybook. Browse the illustrated episodes (Woolly & Plum adventures). Read at least one. Does the art style match the app? Does the story make you care about the characters? Would you come back for the next episode?
๐Ÿ’ก Storybook is NEW โ€” this is the first round of community stories.
17
Visit the Cafe and the Lodge
โ˜• Cafe: Log a drink. Check out "Regulars." Does awareness tracking feel gentle or judgmental?
๐Ÿ  Lodge (Companions): See which friends you've met. Does the collection feel rewarding? Do the companion stories have personality?
If you were feeling isolated, would the Village help you feel less alone โ€” or does it feel empty without real friends? What's the single change that would make you come back?

๐Ÿงญ
5. Career Exploration
3 full pathways Massively expanded Skip if career isn't relevant to you
Career has 3 pathways: Discover (explore STEM roles), Prepare (tracks, mentors, interviews), and Build (projects, hackathons, action plans). It's hands-on, not quiz-based.
18
Enter Career and understand the 3 pathways
Go to /career. You'll see Discover, Prepare, and Build. Is the difference between them obvious? Does the landing page make you want to explore further?
19
Discover: Enter a Career Barn and complete a Tier 1 task
Go to Career โ†’ Explore. Pick one of the 6 barns (Debug Barn, Signal Tower, etc.). Open a Tier 1 task and work through it. At the end, give your honest reaction: Lit up ๐Ÿ”ฅ / Meh ๐Ÿ˜ / Drained ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ. Did the task feel engaging or tedious?
20
Prepare: Browse STEM Roles and Mentors
Go to /career/roles โ€” browse the 18+ career profiles. Is the salary data helpful? Are the role descriptions realistic? Then check /career/mentors โ€” would you actually reach out to any of them?
21
Build: Check Action Plan, Build Lab, or Hackathons
Pick at least one: Action Plan (16-week roadmap), Build Lab (portfolio projects), or Hackathons (events). Does it feel like a real career tool or a toy? Would you actually use any of these to prepare for a job?
22
Check Career Insights
Go to /career/insights. Do your signal results feel accurate after the tasks you completed? Do the career suggestions match your self-perception?
๐Ÿ’ก You need 4+ tasks for insights to generate. If empty, do a few more tasks first.
If you had career anxiety, did this help you think more clearly โ€” or add more uncertainty? What's the single most useful part?

๐Ÿ“Š
6. Dashboard & Cross-World
Progress hub Unified dashboard
The Dashboard pulls together your activity across all 5 worlds. We need to know if it feels like a useful home base.
23
Check the Dashboard after exploring 2+ worlds
Go to Dashboard. Does it reflect what you've done? Can you see your Meadow practice, Wander stars, Village activity? Does it feel personalized or generic? Scroll through all sections โ€” Today, Meadow, Wander, Village, Career, Intentions, Golden Thread.
24
Browse the Friends Collection and Upgrade page
/collection โ€” how many companions have you discovered? Does the collection make you want to find more?
/upgrade โ€” is the premium offering clear? Would you consider paying? Does it feel fair or greedy?
Does the Dashboard make you feel a sense of progress, or is it just data? What would make you check it daily?

๐ŸŽฏ The Big Questions

This is the most important part. Answer honestly โ€” not what sounds good.
1. Is it fun? Would you actually open it again?
Not "is it useful" โ€” is it enjoyable? Did any part feel like something you'd return to?
Yes, I'd come back Maybe once in a while Probably not Honestly no
2. When you're actually stressed or bored โ€” would you open this instead of Instagram/TikTok?
Be real. What would it take to beat the dopamine apps?
Yes, this feels different I might try it Probably not my go-to No โ€” social media wins
3. Does it solve a real problem for you?
Think about your chosen scenario. Did anything actually help?
Yes, genuinely A little bit Not really I don't have that problem
4. Which world is the best? Which is the weakest?
Rank them in your mind: Wander, Meadow, Village, Career, Dashboard.
Wander is best Meadow is best Village is best Career is best
5. What would make you come back tomorrow?
A feature, a feeling, a habit, a friend. What's the hook?
A daily check-in ritual Friends using it too New content / stories Nothing โ€” I wouldn't
6. How would you describe this to a friend in one sentence?
Not a pitch. What would you actually say? "It's kind of likeโ€ฆ"
A cozy game that quietly helps A wellness app that doesn't preach A career tool with vibes Not sure what it is
